Re: Expect to hear that B-will has finally signed his tender

According to NFLPA website, williams has signed his tender. I think that is probably the most creditable source, so apparently VU made a mistake and that article in my link probably got that info from VU, is what I'm thinking.

Either way, his agent saying he will be in TC is a good sign for us.

We should give him what he wants . To have three corners with that skill level for 3-5 years would be hot.

You realize what he wants is to be a starter? He wants to start this year, so he can get paid the big bucks, when he is a FA next offseason. Not much we can do for him there. We aren't gonna bench smoot or winfield.
Wasn't Bly a nickle back that signed with the Lions for big bucks when his contract was up with the Rams? BWill needs to take a hint from Dre' and get into camp and be a man about it. If he has a good season as the nickel and the Vikes win the Super Bowl, the offers will come. But he needs to step up and play like a man, not be a whiny beeyotch about his contract and situation.

What he wants is to be a starter again... because he is already getting a butt load of money for a nickel corner, and he is still holding out! B-Will is not holding out because he wants a longer contract to be a #3 corner for the next 5 years! He will be gone next year... because he hated getting pumped down the depth chart... i just pray he sucks it up for one year and maybe if we are lucky a super bowl victory might change is mind!!!

How does holding out win you a starting position?
What has Williams does to have such a large ego?

I hope the best for Brian. I hope he realizes soon he is making a mistake. I hope he comes in as our nickelback and does a phenomenal job so that we fans arent worried if Smoot or Winfield gets hurt. I gope he solidifies our secondary. I hope all this lands him a big contract somewhere else after we win a SB.

However, I am extremely angry for acting like a 2-year in this situation. The unfortunate part is we do need him on defense.
