Everson Griffen changing his ways

I like what I read out of this article definitely has Leslie written all over it. The difference between Chillar and Leslie are the way they handle players. We wouldn't be seeing this if Chillar was hear. I'd put my house on it. Great stuff to hear from a young guy.
Re: Everson Griffen changing his ways
Griffen is clearly a highly talented kid, and if he can get his off-the-field stuff together then we've a very good DE.
Frazier is clearly a people person and someone who instantly commands respect from his players, unlike Chilly who i don't think had the dressing room in his corner.
Re: Everson Griffen changing his ways
Frazier seems like a players coach, much like Mike Tomlin.

Or Tice. One is a champion, the other is a failure.

Tice may be considered a failure as a head coach, but he's still a great O-line coach, and very successful in that role. He got the shaft here and does not deserve all of the shit he gets.

I shudder to think of what the team would have looked like had Chilly been hired as HC instead of Tice and had to work under Red with the budget and support that went with it.
Tice got a lot of mileage out of the staff and talent he was given.
Re: Everson Griffen changing his ways
I also liked Mike Tice, it would have been great to see how he would have done with the Wilf's backing. That said, I think Leslie Frazier is the guy to get us back on track to take this team where it wants to go.
Now with Ray hitting the road, I'll bet with a solid camp Everson takes that starting spot, and Robison will be the rush specialist.
