He said by ranking MN would be ranked as the second best choice for a coach looking for somewhere to go....

I totally agree with that assessment. Tice has set the team stocked with talent that would make any head coach salivate. Throw in the fact that Detroit and Wisconsin are having an overhaul this season as well, makes Minnesota look have a better shot at a playoff spot. Both Detroit and Packers don't have a QB.

Very interesting. I should think that the Vikings would look brilliant to any prospective coach. Plus, the new coach will inherit a better than average team and a owner group willing to pony up some major money to win.

Dang, I think I'll apply............

Re: Fired Coach Count Keeps going up!

But if all these coaches are suppose to be so bad as to get fired, where are we going to find a coach to mold the Vikes into a Super Bowl team? Granted, Tice was only about even, but most of these coaches are lower than Tice on that list. So with everyone wanting new coaches, some teams are getting worse than what they had to start with. I just don't want the Vikes to be one of those.
I read on either ESPN or NFL there are only 4 or 5 college coaches that MAY BE ready to move up. Has anyone heard anything about them?
I hope no more get fired! I don't think the NFL could stand it!

As can be seen by this article Wilf and crew does not know what they are doing. But they have the distinction of starting the landslide of firing of coaches.
