An interception by the courts is forcing former Minnesota Viking Ed McDaniel to fix substandard living conditions at a Minneapolis apartment building he owns...........

........Last summer, the same apartment building was close to being condemned because the smoke alarms weren't working. Residents pooled their own money to get the smoke alarms repaired just hours before they were to be forced out of their apartments.

This must be Instant Karma for hitting opposing players in the nuts! Anyone else remember that???

Correction....kicked the opposing player in the groin...while he was down....Monday Night Game Against Dallas a few years back. It was a sad moment for me to witness. Hope Ed gets everything he deserves.

Ed McDaniel saves building from condemnation

Former Viking Ed McDaniel paid his utility bills Wednesday just hours before one of the apartment buildings he owns was to be condemned. He did not make it in time to save a second building.

He could have saved everything if he would have paid his bills on time.

Singer wasn't there an article from last year you posted with Ed being in trouble, can't remember if was the smoke detectors or other rundown property issues
