Re: Ed McDaniel a slum lord?
I'm sure McDaniel looks over the building on a weekly basis!
;D
That's why you hire building managers. Sounds like he's doing a lousy job and needs to be fired!
But let's blame it on McDaniel, he's a Viking and we in the Twin City Press corps have vowed to do everything we can to make the Vikings organization looks bad. Oh wait, McDaniel isn't a Viking anymore but they still use "Viking" in the headline.

Re: Ed McDaniel a slum lord?
Boy, I have to hope it's a situation where McDaniel doesn't handle any of the day-to-day affairs, so he was unaware.
I cannot stand slum lords.
Everyone should live in a clean, safe home . . . but I know there are people out there with no pride and the reason for the conditions are tenant based, not landlord.
This looks more like landlord neglect though.

Sounds like the building should be condemmed, what a mess.
Not fixing it is just a case of being lazy and cheap.
