But I am knowledgeable about the NFL, and the early season problems of the Minnesota Vikings. Yes, an undefeated team has problems. And yes, a team that starts the season against the Cleveland Browns and Detroit Lions should be undefeated......

The Vikings have fallen behind in the first half in each of their first two games on the road. With better opponents coming up, they may not get away with that for long.....

Re: Early Problems For Undefeated Vikings
Teams are running on us but it won't continue.. We willl pick it up.. The light training camp that was also cut short has us not running on all cylinders I believe
Also Ced and Winny are becoming a top cornerback duo.. Getting harder to pass on us
The o-line is very pourous.. I hope our 2 young guys can pick it up a bit.. I expected some problems
Once Brett starts hitting quick slant after quick slant they won't be blitzing as often
Also like the little nugget about Brett just taking the sack.. He's a vet and he isn't going all gunslinger on us forcing stuff.. He knows he will see another shot.. Just give the ball to AP and let our stellar D do the work

Re: Early Problems For Undefeated Vikings
The bottom line is that they have been winning and when they really want to they score.
They are playing very vanilla right now and it will pay huge dividend's come late season and playoffs.
Why show off all of your moves just so that your tougher opponents have something to study and scheme for.

Re: Early Problems For Undefeated Vikings
The key line in the article:
It is far to early to draw any significant conclusions from the first two games.
This is the game to begin to see what kind of team this can be.
We are playing a very stock front on both sides of the ball.
This week and those to follow against a little stiffer competition will set the benchmarks for where we are, and more importantly where we are going........................

Well, we've faced Brady Quinn and Matthew Stafford so far, so let's hold off on the cock-sucking for now.Disclaimer: I'm an idiot.
