Greg Blue will start - that's confidence in a rookie. Exciting to see what the outcome will be...

    Holy pooh.
I just heard this on ESPN.
I actually like the move by Childress.
    Set the bar high.
And this is a great chance for Blue to shine.

    That sucks!

I understand his reasoning but we are thin in that position with Tank being hurt and are you punishing him or the team?

I don't see it that way at all Whack, Smith did wrong and he had to pay, I'm sure the players aren't taking it that way..

Childress almost has to make a strong statement about the situation, or the next guy in line will think he's only going to get a slap on the wrist for having his balls do a little chin slapping themselves..

I think it sends a very strong and acceptable messege to the team, if you want to be winners, play with winners, you better act like a winner, on and off the field...

Kudo's to Childress if that is the reason....

    Re: Dwight Smith sitting tonight.

I'm already sick of Childress's Boyscout mentality!!
Do we want the Beaver Cleaver team of the league or do we want to actually win some games this year?!?
For the love of Christ the Rams have a convicted killer on their roster (Leon Little killed the wife of a Ram's photographer in a drunk driving accident) but we can't live with any type of infraction.
Hey Brad your not in charge of Boys Town USA you were hired to win games.
So far Childress is a joke!!!!

Offensive posts, please clean it up.

    Please watch the language.

    Thank you.

Im no Childress fan, and maybe this is a bit extreme, but hes trying to make a point. Maybe he will put Smith in after the first series,....

All the Blue fans here, I hope your right,,,,he can hit but can he cover?

You wanna blame someone then blame Dwight.
Your actions affect those around you.
These immature adults need to learn that.
