Given that TJ has converted 3rd downs through pass completions only 4 of 26 attempts.
I'm going to call him "Drive killer".
Sure he's ran for 1st downs and penalties have made 1st downs, which is good, but I rather see him get them through the air like most QB's.
A 15% passing conversion rate is unexceptable.

I personally like calling him "Back to pass ... Incomplete" or Mr. BTPI for short.
