Thread: Does it matter if we win the division or not

Because chances are the Vikes will win one of the Wild Cards even if we don't win the division. With the NFC North being the weakest division in the NFC the winner of the division will act like a WC anyway. The only nice thing about winning the division is that the game would be held at home. There is a strong possibility that the Vikes could go to Green Bay for a playoff game if they lose out in the division title race! Imagine going into Green Bay and upsetting the Pack in the playoffs! Probably won't happen that way but it could. The Vikes have been playing good in Green Bay the last few years. In fact the Vikes have played the worst of the two games in the Dome for the last several years!
