Do we need a more aggressive defense?
I think we need to get more aggressive. Yes, the defense looked better today, especially in the 1st half. But, I feel we need to blitz more, even when the game gets close. How many false starts did the Texans have because we brought our guys up to the line? Bottom line: more pressure, bad throws, = interceptions! Come on, we led the NFL last year in INT's. How many do we have this year? Think about it! Later! (good job guys)

We actually sit alone in the basement of the league with 0 interceptions...we are officially the WORST intercepting Defense in the league. Let's hope that chyanges real fast

Do we need a more aggressive defense?
I agree. I've been saying it since game 1. They are not playing aggressive at all. In the preseason the sterters were all so agressive, they made big plays and they barely allowed any points. There werent many TDs at all against our starting D in the preseason. Blitz more, and get those corners up to the line. Jam them in their routs to give the blitzers more time. We have the weapons on defense, Cottrell is doing a sh*tty job managing them during the game.

How do you think rotating Hovan in and out worked for us? He had alot more fire at the end.
Sell crazy someplace else...we're all stocked up here.

Do we need a more aggressive defense?
Definitely, because Martin played well, I thought.
Maybe he realized he could lose his starting position.Sell crazy someplace else...we're all stocked up here.

0 INT's. Overall, not a lot of pressure on the opposing QB's in the first quarter of the season from Vinny in the opener to Carr today. The Vikings defense will have to step it up somehow, pressure on the QB creates interceptions, sacks, fumbles and stops drives.

Hovan did seem to play better today and Martin played well. I do think that starting Hovan just so that he could continue his streak in games started was stupid (i.e., having him play the first play and then taking him out immediately). Is such a streak even meaningful if the only reason to start him was so that he can continue his streak? How do you think rotating Hovan in and out worked for us? He had alot more fire at the end.
