So, the answer is no.
Or did they just get a little moist in the crotch thinking about how good someone was without first considering whether they can use them? It may not have been intentional, but the again I can think of several QB's and Wr's who were brought in last year that certainly didn't fit (The System)
Or do I need to invoke the names of Pinkston, O'sullivan and company? ;D
One bad apple can spoil the whole bunch, as the Jacksons sang many years ago.
The PoP is pure, wise and building NOT just for 2007, but 2008, 2009, 2010 and beyond.

Your wisdom is beyond your years.
Like I said, they obviously put no thought into their draft acquisitions.
They simply set their alarm on draft day and looked at their calendar and thought, pooh....today is the draft.....what are we going to do?????
Let's just wing it and grab random people based off the polls of teenagers.
It is obvious that you have unfolded their plan.
A stroke of genius.
I see.
Thank you for showing me the light, almighty one.

Actually I they did fit the system, they probably were some of the players that were most familiar with Childress's system."Prophet" wrote:

I will give my reasons for why they were cut:
1. They sucked.
hmm can't really think of anymore than that

"Do the New Players Fit Our System?"...
Tarvaris Jackson has started very few games but the franchise took a WR, the young Sidney, in the second round.
What does that suggest to you?
It tells me that the staff has some confidence in the QB while realizing that the running game works in tandem with throwing the ball, which is why they got Adrian Peterson.
I hope it works out.

Do the new players fit our systems?
How many players drafted win starting spots on any NFL team?
Rookies that are drafted learn how to fit into a system,
they don't come ready made.
I should say rarely do they come ready made,
there are exceptions.
Maybe AP will start some games for us, maybe not.
The rest of the rookies we got in the draft maybe will start if there is an injury or maybe next year.
The question usually is will the FA we got this year fit the system.
