    Here we go again.........

A week ago people were talking about throwing the season and/or looking forward to one of the first picks in the draft, firing Childress & pooh-canning T-Jack in favor of Pennington or Carr.

Now they'll be talking division champs.
Somebody (probably a pit over optimisic) did say that we would go 9-7 and win the Division several times.

Maybe starting off slow and then finishing strong is what is going to happen this year.
God knows we failed at the starting strong theory.

I still think we will be in the playoff hunt with a 9-7
Playoff hunt isn't exactly Division Champs.

Yeah, you're right singer. A lot of people haven't been able to make up their mind.

But, I'm sticking with what I said before the season started. I still don't see us winning anymore than 5-6 games this season. We've got some tough games coming up, so unless the Packers have a monumental collapse I don't think we'll end up winning the division.

To be honest, I was totally shocked when Tom Jackson said that on NFL Live.

I think they are back to getting a high pick in the draft and benching T-Jack, and firing Childress Sing.
What a difference a week can make.

Defiently no division champs for us, but if we can win 8, might happen, the pack will choke, favre will get into true form and start throwing 5 interceptions a game, and with there running game they will be screwed.

Obviously there is no better place on the Internet to go than PP.O to see fans flip-flop non-stop. I do not think the division title is an impossibilty ... but I don't think it is likely either. We have six home games left and I think five of them are pretty winnable (Philly, Washington, Chicago, Detroit and Oakland) and on the road we have winnable games at Green Bay, San Francisco and at Denver. (That means I am conceding losses to San Diego and N.Y. Giants even though both are winnable longshots). I think we would HAVE to win 7 of those 8 winnable games to get a shot at the division at 9-7. Six wins and 8-8 may battle for a Wild Card. It starts with Philly in the Dome. If the Eagles top us even in a close fashion ... then it is time to start talking next year.
