I know Bud would have had them do this.
Anyone know? I assume not, but would think it would make perfect sense if they had.

Nope, not really. Some walk throughs, but someone at winter park wouldn't spend the money to have the grounds cleared....

Yet another stupid move by the coaches. We are what 2 and 22 in our last 24 outdoor games. Why get a little cold practicing outside, when we have been that dominant outdoors lately?

Don't blame the coaches, Red didn't want to spend the money.

uh.... not the coaches call. Frozen ice covered grass... not really a smart move to put your players out on that stuff for any full speed practice.Quote:

Yeah I don't think it would have really helped to practice in those conditions...besides doesn't Lambeau have heaters under the field anyway? I just don't see the point of practicing on an ice covered field...it won't help them prepare for the game if the field is not covered in ice either. It's a stupid risk.Quote:

Nothing wrong with practicing in the outdoors, but not of the field is covered in ice. That is an injury risk...and the field in Lambeau has heaters under the field so they won't be playing on ice anyway.Quote:

Jaguars live in florida, went to lamboo in december, had a couple guys rolling on the ground with bare arms, then they resumed to kick the sh*t out of the packers. The Vikings live in the cold every day, there not scared.
gametime temp is supposed to be 33 deg. not too frozen tundra it looks like.
a pack fan said, the vikings offense was like a ticking time bomb.
tick tick tick
KABOOM!!!!!!!
Nope, when the field was frozen they practiced indoors at a training facility, or if it was playoffs he would put them on a plane and fly them south to practice somewhere the field wasn't frozen. This is why they built the Dome. Lamboo has heating pipes under the field that keeps if from freezing solid so shouldn't be a problem today. :)Code:I know Bud would have had them do this.
