Did Randy Moss Make Daunte Culpepper?

Did Daunte Culpepper make Randy Moss? It can go that way too, Moss is having one of his worst seasons.

I don't think it matters much in debate. Neither are having an all star year and perhaps they were a great tandem. I would like someone to find out how some of the other dynamic duos in history each faired when split up...if someone ever did that before in history. Anyone?

Nope. Moss was doing damage before Culpepper got here. Also keep in mind that Randy has not been a Raider that long so maybe he isn't fully accustomed to different surroundings right now. It's too bad after that TD catch he made today the Raider defense choked and allowed the Chiefs to score a winning TD.

Montana going to K.C. comes to mind.. Rice continued to do good in Frisco and Montana faired well for the Chiefs for the time he was there.

No, Moss did not make Culpepper. But Moss did influence what types of defenses teams threw at us and with him gone I think Culpepper has had to work against things he wasn't used to facing. Plus, losing Linehan, the guy who helped develop him and build his offense, was a tough hit.

Any QB would struggle in that situation.
