Yeah, like he is gonna find a better situation than here...he would be only a few bad Brad Johnson games away from starting...as opposed to sitting on his butt at home playing the "What if" game!
BANNED OR DEAD...I'LL TAKE EITHER ONE

I'd like to see Josh Harris, good arm, scrambler type QB.... but I've got different motives than the rest of you.

Let's see, Gannon is almost 40, Brad is 37. Why not? Bring back Rich. He can still move around better than Brad.

I would want to get Kitna, if he is a backup in cinci we need to kidnap him in the night.

    PHILIP RIVERS

I think we should take a look at trading a second rounder to San Diego for Rivers (Not sure how salary cap will be effected)

We have a lot of our players signed and it looks like Dante will be out for while.

I can see Rivers in a Viking Uniform (Still think Dante is our guy)

    Please Comment.

i don't think that a rookie (pretty much) is what we need right now, we need experience. .....

I would entertain anything short of quitting to get a high draft pick to improve the Vikings. If the deal made sense and would improve us i say go for it.

    Re: PHILIP RIVERS

The idea of a three-way swap has been out there where we send D.C. to Arizona for their one and send the one to S.D. for Rivers, but I dont know that D.C. will still get that kind of play with such an injury.
I think going after Rivers could be an excellent idea, but it could also suck. There is not a scout in the league that does not LOVE Rivers and the Chargers upper management prefers him to Brees, though the Coach and team seem to be going under Drew. If we did make a play on Rivers it would be a sign of giving up on Daunte, that simple. Rivers does not want to end up a back-up again, and Daunte does not need to go through rehab wondering if his gig is up.
