Bah, trading Culpepper would be dumb. You can't ditch a guy because he has a bad year or a bad few games.

Hall of Fame QB? Let's not get ahead of ourselves. I don't think there's ANY chance of him becoming a HOF QB. He's had 2 good seasons. His 1st season as a starter and last season. Other than that, he's been a mediocre QB at best. I say dump the chump.

I don't want to see Pep go either. The guy has great talent. I do want people to look at something. Pep, as a starter is 41 - 45 during the regular season. You can have all the yards you want but unless you win when the game is on the line, you are not a great QB. Let's face it...he hasn't had too many 4th Qtr comebacks. Yea they won today but he doesn't do that often. Look at Brady and Big Ben. They don't rack up the yards but they know how to win. I'm not saying that the Vikings' record is his fault but everyone here knows as well as I do, Pep isn't the best QB with the game on the line.

If they can get a Fitz and a Dansby, draft a good QB it may not be a bad deal.

Actually, his first season was really good and his last two years have been exceptional. He is a THREE time pro-bowler, thus at least three solid seasons ... and has only been a starter five years. He is on pace for LOCK Hall of Fame numbers, so do some research and come back. Im not saying he is a Hall of Famer yet, but he definitely has some early career accolades pointing that way.
