KFAN.COM had this defensive stat, I thought it was good:
• The defense had notched 24 sacks and allowed just 33 'explosive plays' (runs of 12-plus yards, passes for 16-plus) entering Wednesday's afternoon practice, compared to nine and 84 at the same point last year.
If our D can continue to stop our O they can stop anyone. I'm getting giddy. :D
Wow, either our D is improved, or our O is struggling!! I really hope our D is improved!

I think that fact that birk has been out, hurts the offense a little though. Still it sounds like our D looks great in practice. EJ, Dontarrious, winfield and kevin williams and 4 guys that sound like they look awesome in camp.
