The fact that they were on the field for 95% of the game has something to do with it, but that still doesn't explain the 70 yard touchdown catch given up to C. Johnson on the second play of the game.

Whether it was Ted Cotrell's miserable scheme or just bad play by the CB's, we couldn't cover ANYONE last week. Whether it be 1st and 10 or 3rd and 20. It didn't matter. Palmer threw it anywhere he wanted.

Plus, our line has no push. K.williams looks like a rookie again.
I dont know if thats good or bad?

They need some time to develpo chemistry. All these injuries aren't helping either.

I would lay more of the blame on Cotrell's scheming. But I don't expect this to hold up for long, I still think they'll improve vastly as the season goes on.

we need the eraser comin around the edge on passing plays, he is the only DL with that kind of first step that can have an impact on the pocket similar to freeney. Combine that with improved pass rush from the tackles and it should lead to some good situations for the D to make plays

They'll get used to each other. Our entire unit, particularly the D-line, will improve as the season progresses. In order for the team to play this bad for the entire season, the coaches will have to TRY to lose games.

Me too! The coverage and non-physical play makes me so mad!
