Daunte named nfc player of the week
Vikings.com just reported that Daunte was named NFC player of the week for the second time this year already. That is quite an accomplishment considering the team as a whole didn't look overly dominating against Chicago. Daunte had a good game though and I guess the league is giving him his props. I hope he keeps up this pace for the whole year.

Daunte named nfc player of the week
I just hope our OL can hold up and keep Daunte healthy. We've seen the difference from just one starter going down. Kearse and Ogun tore us up. Please - no more injuries.

Daunte named nfc player of the week
I haven't always been the biggest Daunte Fan in the past thought he didn't always make the right reads etc but I will definately say he has impressed me so far this year and I have yet to find fault with him so he is making a believer out of me. I always will respect and root for someone who shows he is constantly trying to improve and I definately have to hand it Daunte.

Daunte named nfc player of the week
Daunte has become a different player this year. In the past he's been more hesitant, and if something goes wrong he goes into a shell. That hasn't happened this year. He's been a leader.

Well it helps to win your game that you are playing. Favre with his stats would have been named but.....oh yeah.....they didn't win.

Yes I suppose winning the game would have helped Favre.
I didn't see who was afc player of the week! Was it perhaps Peyton Manning?
