Re: D. Scott done for the year

I for one am a bit more concerned over this than some I guess.

I don't think we are as deep as I would like at DE.
Erasmus hasn't played, Edwards and Robison (doing great this year) are young.
Keneche is doing OK as well.

Maybe Erasmus can get back on the field now.
    Again, worries me a bit.

EJ will have to step it up.

We are absolutely not deep enough at DE. I'm not sure the best two ends are starting, and I'm not sure some of the reserves can hold up if called upon in case of more injuries.

Edwards and Robinson are looking good, but I'm not sure they are ready for the long haul of a full NFL season, especially if they were to start.

Where does that leave us? Hoping the two young dudes can hack it, me thinks... I don't have much faith that 'Rasmus will be back to form in time to make a difference, and I'm just waiting for Udeze's shoulder to start giving him problems again.

The only one that may gain out of this is James as it means one less person to compete against. I never like to see any player lost to IR as they can all contribute at some time to the season. We need our DE's to be able to cope with a full season workload and we still have 3/4 of the season still to go, with no bye week to come now either.

Never a good sign to lose depth at any position.
But, probably one of our best as far as depth goes...

    Hopefully, Erasmus is ready.
And, ticked off and ready to attack!!

Scott wasn't really doing bad, but checking the stats, he's only had 1 tackle so far.

I wonder where he'll end up...its pretty hard to impress folks when you're out for the year.
    Maybe he'll stick around.

Losing Scott probably affects us more at DT then at end. It might mean less rest for our Williams duo and we haven't had Evans active the past three weeks so will that change or is James going be active instead?
