Thread: Culpepper to have surgery today

I am praying for him and our team. Does anyone know if he will be able to be on the sidelines helping Brad at all this season? Or because he is in a wheelchair is that completely ruled out.

Vikings | Culpepper hard to reach since surgery

The Star Tribune reports the Minnesota Vikings have had a hard time reaching QB Daunte Culpepper (knee) since he underwent knee surgery Tuesday, Nov. 15. Even head coach Mike Tice admitted Saturday, Nov. 19, that his messages for Culpepper haven't been returned. "A number of us have called him," Tice said. "My guess is that he's in a form of depression. I'm anxious to see him when he gets back." Tice said it was his understanding that owner Zygi Wilf was sending his private jet down to the Birmingham, Ala., area to get Culpepper Saturday, Nov. 19 and bring him back to Minnesota. Tice said he wasn't certain that Culpepper was depressed but assumed it's a strong possibility.

do you think culpepper will come back? i hope he does and notices how much he means to the team if the owner sends his private jet for him.
