Culpepper in a funk? Team is left to guess

It could take 2 years to be 100% back, but he could be back next year as well at something shy of 100%.

DC seems like a guy that if he was going to be out for 2 years would realize how this would impact the team and I think he would be willing to restucture his contract. at least if he was really 100% determined to make a comeback
