Critics Silenced?
In our 2nd real test of the season, we responded with yet another A+ Performance. Whats that Nz was saying about the 49ers Defense? where they even on the field today? I, personally, couldn't tell...
Watching the ESPN Pre-game show, Steve Young was going off about How T.O. was a better WR than Moss. Why? I don't know. The Vikings needed him to step up today because Culpepper was down, and he responded big time. The 49ers needed T.O. to respond because, they needed a Victory, and all he could do was yell that he wasn't getting the ball enough, I think he got it thrown to him about as many times as Moss did...
I've been hesitant to say Moss is the Best WR in teh NFL, but this game, I think, proves it. Harrisson is getting the attention this season that Moss has been getting since '99, and I don't believe Harrisson has gone over 40 yards receiving yet this season. Moss, meanwhile, posts better than Pro-Bowl numbers Year in and Year out. If Moss doesn't get Offensive Player of the Week this week, The FBI needs to be called in.
Anyways, 4-0, think we'll get any respect now?When it s all said and done, you ll have to admit we re number 1!
