Koren Robinson has talent, but this far into tc we can't pick up any more.
    Cheers!

    Re: A crazy thought

I thinks it's too late to add a starter but adding as back-up isn't out of the question this time of the year. With Ken Irvin moving to Safety and Smoot having some health questions (MRI came back negative, I believe, so we're okay) Bobby Taylor may not be a bad pick-up if he doesn't mind me a #4 guy.

However, we've got plenty of talent at LB and at WR so much that we're going to have let some pretty talented guys at those positions go or place them on the practice squad.

There are all kinds of opinions on what wins Championships. Most say defense, some say the best defense is a good offense and that offense wins championships. There is certainly evidence to support both claims. The Bucs had a top-2 defense for many years but couldn't take the next step without an improved offense. The Rams won with offense. The Ravens won pretty much with defense and the Patroits have won a couple times with mainly defense. I guess my point is that it's DEPTH that wins championships. You're going to have injuries in a football season to a starter or two, you need have talent in reserve.

oh, and football fanatics, especially homers of a team are always a tough crowd, don't be intimidated into not saying something.

Hey guys do u think the vikes should pick up ]Mike Barrow, Bobby Taylor and/or Koren Robinson just to see if these guys could help us out if we have injury problem in the long run. I'm just asking don't get mad at me because i know this is a dumb thought.

Barrow and Taylor are just too old so I don't think they would be much help especially this late into TC and Robinson drops too many d@mn passes to go after. I think we'll be good for a while barring any injuries.

I get the most pissed off looks from people with my VKG 4 LFE Wisconsin license plate, and I LOVE IT!!
