Oh I think everyone knows I could never miss draft time, being the NFL draft is my favorite weekend of the year. I'm praying somehow AJ Hawk falls to us at 17 this year, because he is the stud LB we need on our D. Him or White/Maroney, if we don't sign a feature RB via FA.

AJ Hawk will not even fall out of the top 5, much less all the way to 17.

Did some research on him, yeah he's gonna become real popular right around draft time. Sounds like an all around beast, almost no weakness's kinda reminds be of Sean Taylor but at Safety.

I don't think Fassel is high on the list if for no other reason than he and Wilf are friends. Quick way to ruin a friendship is for one to become the others boss and meal ticket. I think if he were interested in Fassel that there would already be an interview set up.

Same with Derrick Johnson last season too  . If you follow the NFL draft enough, you learn never to say never, especially in january.

    Top 5 IMO will be:
    1)Bush
    2)Leinart
    3)Vince Young
    4)D'Brickshaw Ferguson, tackle from virginia
    5)DeAngelo Williams

I also think Demeco Ryans from Alabama goes before Hawk.

Still 17 is a dream for Hawk, but you never know.

Your right about that much, alot of fans didn't think we had a chance to get DJ. Happens every year, same with Eras and Udeze, EJ Henderson for a matter of fact.
