I think T-Jack looked great, and he had a great game and finished with a better rating than Marc Bulger, Vince Young, Phillip Rivers, Drew Breese, Brett Farve and Donovan McNabb. He had more yards than Rothlesburger and Leinart (among others that aren't worth mentioning).

To all the naysayers out there, give him some time. I think he looked d*mn good and will only improve with time.
Take away the AP pass(which was not much more than a hand off) and tjack threw for 100 yards and a pick. He completed 13 passes to 9 different recievers. Not bad.

I think we will find out a lot more this week because there will be more pressure for tjack to put up good numbers against a poor defense.

Sorry, but thats a pretty pointless response. Guess what, you take away all his passes and he is 0/0 with no touchdowns and no completions.

You know what, if you take away Joe Montana's 3 Superbowls, he doesn't have any.

    Very well thought out

    I was.
I think they did it just to fire up the crowd.
I doubt we'll see that again.
I was a little concerned to see Wade returning punts.
I guess he's exorcised his fumble demons on punt returns.

I wonder if we were watching the same game.
    T-Jack did not look great.
He did not look bad either.
I think we all pretty much got what we hoped for out of T_Jack in the opener.
    He had one interception.
Other than that he avoided sacks, and did not fumble the ball.
He missed a couple of long passes that could have been completed.
Give him time and he just may hit those passes.
The games are going to start getting tougher and we cannot count on 2 defensive touchdowns every game.
He is going to have to start putting some points on the board.

The interception wasn't even his fault... i actually was watching the game. It was a tipped pass down field.

He over threw the long passes, big deal. The kid has a huge arm. He looked great and had poise in the pocket.

The ball appeared to be thrown behind the receiver and it had some zip on it too.
That would have been a tough catch for anyone to make at that distance.
He did look poised in the pocket.
    You are right about that.
I think he can be great.
I don't think he looked great that game.
I believe his time will come.
I can say this for sure I would not trade him for any other quarterback in our division right now.
I cannot think of many in the entire NFC I would trade him for.
