Conditioning???
I've been thinking about this topic...who's in charge of the players' strength and conditioning? (And don't tell me the Conditioning Coach.) Whose responsibility is it on the Vikings?
We've been outplayed in the 2nd half in many games (even in the one win), and there have been a lot of injuries...yeah, I know it's football and there will always be injuries. But it seems like we've had more than our share.
We could really use a coach who knows how to get the players in top shape. What's the story?

Coach: Kurtis Schultz (2004-2005)
Shultz is responsible for overseeing the Vikings physical preparation for the entire off-season conditioning program and the day-to-day strength, speed and agility work throughout the season. His philosophy of keeping players in top physical condition through weight training and flexibility while not sacrificing their natural athletic ability is the cornerstone of the Vikings strength program.
Assistant coach: Mark Ellis (2004-2005)
