People need reasons to have faith, even if it is blind faith.

I personally think T-Jack will have at least 1 TD pass, but I don't hold it against anyone who thinks any lesser.

I think TJ needs to plan on throwing the ball this game. I don't know that I liked the way the defense was unfortuanatly giving up the big play Vs the Packers. Now we got Peyton Manning to deal with and he'll be getting his passess off. Winfield and Shaper need to step up but we also will need to put points on the board to counter whatever their offense does.

I won't get into stat predictions I just want to see a more consistent Tarvaris Jackson, one that slides when he should and throws the ball out in front of his WR's so they have a chance to make a play.

    98-35 Vikings

Tjack 10 td passes all to Rice.
AP the rest of the points.
Longwell misses some extra points so 98 is possible.
And instead of kicking a field goal late to make it 100, we take a knee.
    We're bringing purple back.

faith is good, but some of these are a tad bit rediculous don't you think?

290 yards for jackson against a good Indy defense, with two pass rushing ends in his face against a second string LT?
this may be another "Oh Shit" game as far as passing is concerned.
    3 sacks by Edwards?
    against Peyton Manning???
Edwards was practically invisible last game, i can't see him turning a complete 180 and racking up 3.

AD's good, but 180's good for any back.
    i just can't see it.

Read my previous post, every game TJ passes more than the RB's carry, the Vikes LOSE.
TJ passing should only be used as an option, not a staple.
TJ passing will result in LOTS of 3 and outs.

Oh I read the post I just don't put too much stock into it. There are several reasons we lost the Green Bay game and the Denver game that are not linked striclty to the QB.

We are playing a High Flying offense tomorrow and I expect them to able to score points, so in essence we'll have to do plenty of throwing, if you want to right us off go ahead.

That's because we have to pass to try to come back in the fourth quarter, and we never succeed, because we never give Jackson a chance to get any sort of rhythm in the beginning of the game.
    wamp wamp.
