Gruden wasn't a 1st year HC, he was the coach for the Raiders a few years before that.

After Gruden left, Bill took over the helm, and just like Childress switched from Offensive Coordinator and he lead the Raiders to the Superbowl.

good read, i like hearing from the coach! Darren Sharper was on ESPN today, he was talking to some guy!! I didn't catch all of it...he did say that Minnesota needs to sign Jamie Sharper the LB who played for Seattle, they are brothers if you didn't already know! i think that would be a good addition if he can get healthy!!!

I am not. However, while taking American literature during my junior year of high school, my teacher turned me into a grammar nazi. "good" is used as an adjective, while "well" is used as an adverb. It is not that difficult.

I'm an English major who hopes to eventually work towards a doctorate, but I don't really bother to scrutinize my posts on forums too closely, because, after all, it is just a forum :wink:
