Re: Childress steers blame away from system

Love the old threads......I need to go dig up the old poll I started in support of the bald one.....

JK, I've been on, and then off the Chiller support bandwagon.
Seems he is doing an OK job after all.

Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

Chiller? I liked how FOX during pregame said that he probably was gone after this year.
I don't know if anyone else caught it?

I've never been big Chilly fan, but I have to say that he has grown on me.
Can't believe I am saying this, but I think it would be a tragedy if they let him go after this season.

I heard them talk about it a little. I think it was posed as this question. "Which NFC north coach is most likely to get fired if there team doesn't make the playoffs". Everyone agreed Chilly.

That is exactly what it was. None of them said he was probably gone after this year. They just stated that if the Vikes were to miss the playoffs, he would likely be gone.

I think almost everyone realizes that is the case, especially after this start.

It would only be a tragedy if the new coach would gut the team like Childress did when he took over. I think the team is in good shape now, but i dont think we would miss Childress at all. I like the Singletary type of coach.

Are you saying that he made a mistake when he gutted the team?
If you are, that implies that you thought that team was good.

Anyone watch what is happening in Denver?
Bet alot of those fans felt the same way when a certain HC with no HC'ing experience came in and gutted that mess.
