    Childress with a diffrent side, well anything is possible. I think he comes off as a hardnose, arrogant guy so it puts people off. It gives the enemy out there oh this is how they are. you know trying to sucker em in.

    As far as why he didn't change it up in the during the season.
    First he didn't have alot to work with and second this team is a long term plan, (borrowing from Marddro's theories) the continuity allowed the players to become accustomed to the scheme and evaluate their future congruity with it.
    Remember..."long term".

    I still attribute most of the individual play calling failures to Chili though.
    But that was last year anyways, I try to look forward.
