Interesting article. Sophomoric comments on it, as usual.

Here's something everyone seemed to miss, though. Johnson got hit LOW, and was upended. He thought he'd been cheap-shotted. That means that Childress was already down, or at least on his way down, when Johnson ran over him. Something else must have happened, and probably knocked the coach into the RB's path.

I'd really like to know exactly what did happen.
Maybe he was tying his shoe or something.

I'm sure stuff like this happens a lot more than we realize... probably just not to the head coach.
That's probably true. But if Childress was tying his shoe in the middle of an active play, then he deserved much worse than what he got.

Course if Childress had stood outside of the TE he would have been safe - the RB would have been at least 10 yds away as he went up the middle :woohoo:
Time spent annoying a Packer fan is never time wasted...

    the headline SHOULD read:

This got alot of play on Sirius the other day, mostly related to Coaches that got taken out by players in either games or practice.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

I seem to recall Tice got hit in the knee a while back and ended up having surgery on it.

Remember Tice's was during the game and he didnt come off the field or have it evaluated until after the game. The hit happened in the first half if I remember correctly.
