Since that article we eked out wins against a mediocre GB team & a terrible 0-12 Lions team & beat a 6-5 Bears team that is decimated by injuries.

All of those wins came within a weak division.
That mediocre Green Bay team could end up going 9-7 and win the division.

Wasn't the only starter on D missing Nate Vasher?

Kickin the shit out of a plus 500 team was pretty impressive thus far

We also beat up on Carolina this year.. Who only has 3 loses I think?

IMO, I don't ever think their is any easy win in the NFL.
I think they are turning the corner.
    Here are a couple points.

    1) Psychologically the pack were a huge gorilla for us!
I wouldn't take it lightly the amount of psychological prep it took to prepare to play a team that has owned the vikes as of late.
Let us not forget the vikes battled through adversity for the at win.
    Huge confindence builder!

    2)
They came out for their biggest game of the year so far, the game last week against chicago, and flat out dominated that game.
The thing I really liked about that, was it was prepped as a big game all week long and the vikes came out to play.
Even when they got down early they played well and won.

I feel likwe this team is staqrting to establish an idenity.
Our idenity is being forged by a dominating defense, that wins the line of scrimage and plays the field position game.

We looked like absolute badasses against Chicago (Even the first time even though we lost the game), Carolina, Jacksonville, and Green Bay.

I don't think I've seen this team look as good this year as we did against Chicago, we were playing some serious ball.
If we continue playing like that, not only will we clench the division, we'll also be a serious threat in the post season.
    Giants 2007 Mark II.

The next four games we cannot fuck around, every game has to be played as if it is the Superbowl from here on out, Lions included.
I hope Goodell chokes on his next meal.

    I believe we've improved.
Didn't we play detroit in week 6?
So that was before this came out...

We beat two teams that had already beatin us at the beginning of the year.
Either they got worse or we improved in some way.
Your right. We beat a 3-7 Houston team instead. Chicago has gotten worse, while GB has stayed about the same, thus the two close games. Beating .500 or less ball clubs isn't something to brag about or a basis to claim improvement.

    We are in first place.

hardly, the giants are in first place.

We currently have the #3 seed, with the #5 record in the NFC.
    far from a #1 team
Correction. We are tied for 6th place in the NFC with Arizona & Washington.

I don't call punting on 5 of our first 6 possessions & settling for a FG on the other, domination or looking badass.

    You might, but not me.

We played well in 2 of the 4 quarters IMO.
