It's scary when you think about it. Childress has been building our team through the draft, and has been doing it very well if you ask me.
Our QB is only a 2nd year vet, our new star running back is a rookie, our #1 WR is a 3 year vet, our other 2 hopeful WRs are rookies and one 2 year vet. We have Ryan Cook who is a 2 year vet and already starting, Erasmus is a 3 year vet and Greenway is a 2 year guy along with Rufus who is a rookie and could be huge. Doss is a 4 year vet and Griffin is a 2 year vet along with the rookie McCauley. The rest of the guys are not even that old when it comes down to it.
What I am getting at is that in a few years, we will have a young, but experienced team who has good chemistry and a lot of talent. We will be above average for a few years, but after these guys get playing time, we will be a very strong force for many years.
Does anyone else see it this way? Barring injuries and whizinators of course.
EDIT: Oh yeah, forgot about Ray Edwards and Greg Blue who are 2 year men. They both have pretty good potential too.
