That's because we had a cheap ass owner who wouldn't pay for a quality coaching staff. Zygi is showing signs of a classy ownership so something similar will not happen in the future. Tice, Rusty and Ted will be gone as soon as the season ends. Even if we make the playoffs.
    Halo 4. Start another fight.

I thought of Weis too! There was a post on who woulg you like as the Vikings head coach. I think Wies is a great choice, maybe we can steal him away from ND!!

There s only two things stopping you - fear and common sense!! The Truth you CAN"T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!

I agree, but there is 6 to 8 coordinators like Weis out there who are ready to make the jump to Head Coach, they just need a shot....the problem is guessing who will be the studs (Tony Dungy, Charlie Weis) from the duds (Mike Tice)....hopefully we get a good one....Monte Kiffin possibly?

I do like Weis, but I think we need a defensive minded head coach. I like Jim Johnson, (not the former cowboy), the Eagles defensive coordinator. He has very good schemes, they are always in the top 10 in defense, and they win alot of games especially before they had T.O. Before T.O. they had been in the NFC chanpionship game 2 or 3 years in a row, and T.O. didn't play until the Super Bowl last year. I think with the personel he would be a good fit.
If I hear Michelle Bonner say "He works that one to right" one more time, I m getting on a plane for Bristol, going to the ESPNEWS set, and ripping out her vocal cords.

Larry Coyer would make a good Head coach IMO. He's the defensive Cord of the Broncos and coached at the university of Pittsburgh

Richard Smith is a very good LB coach he would be good to have.

Al Saunders? I wish......not going to happen

I agree, he would be a good candidate.
