They are tied for the second worst record in football at 2-9, and records like that usually bring change. Frazier should be safe, but Tom Pelissero of espn1500.com writes that his defensive staff will likely be tweaked.

Frazier has already relieved defensive coordinator Fred Pagac of some of his duties. Frazier has been more active calling defensive plays.

“There are dead men walking at Winter Park, and deep down, Frazier must know it,” Pelissero writes. “A defensive coaching staff largely assembled by predecessor Brad Childress probably has as much time left with the Vikings as Donovan McNabb.”

I think we should fire Pagac, and promote Mike Singletary to Defensive Coordinator / Assistant Coach.

I agree! Although I think that Musgrave's job is just as safe as Frazier's.

Right after the real GM and possibly a real owner?

Floyd, I agree with the GM, but the owner just needs to pour money into the franchise, which the wilfs seem to do. A good GM is just exactly what the vikings need, someone to take the franchise and call it his own.

Skum, all joking aside, do you think Del Rio would be a worthwhile defensive coordinator? he stayed a head coach for way too long

Might be, but i want his experience and leadership abilities around this team..

The article suggests a contentious relationship between Frazier and Spielman. I expect one or the other wont be here next year.
My hope is that someone will be Spielman.
I also hope they clean house on all the other staff of the Childress regime and take Musgrave with them as well.
It's rock bottom and time to take a big swing at rebuilding. Rebuilding sucks but it is also an opportunity for ownership to start over and do things right.
