Was the change of the Delay of Game Penalty HOME COOKING?
Was the fact that Nedney was successful in lobbying the refs to pick up the flag a case of home cooking?
Did the refs screw us over once again?BANNED OR DEAD...I'LL TAKE EITHER ONE

It was a bullshit call, but we should have had the lead by that point anyways. No excuses Cajun. We sucked today.

Yes. The refs have hated us since 1975, when a whiskey bottle hit one of them in the head. It is a tradition at ref school now.

It's Larry Nemmers fault.

It's a non-factor.
We had a huge play go our way also.

The refs did exactly what they should do - if the back judge saw the play-clock reset as Ed Hochuli says he did.
It's a do-over on equipment malfunction.

Re: Was the change of the Delay of Game Penalty HOME COOKING?
A friend of mine was running the game clock at Drake univ.
I would hang with him somtimes in the booth and we'd discuss different things.
a few times he would rplay with the clock when he saw the qb trying to draw people offsides.
knowing that if they got the play off, noone would notice. if they didn't. they'd say it was a clock timing error and redo the play.
i'm sure things like this exist, and i'm sure that home stadium guys are biased to their teams. (cept in the dome when tice was trying to guess if he should toss in the red flag)
it's well known that those things are gonna happen..
in all honesty.. it's a mute point in one of hte worst showings this team has done. It seems we just arn't clicking.. and no single finger pointing or blame with flame is gonna fix that.
not to hijack the thread but.. i would ask wether b.j's arms was moving when we had the second fumble..
