After he gets smoked monday can we call him a bust?
Brad Childress is 1-6 in games played Dec. 17 or later.

    Why would you do that?

Our Defense has been plagued by an inability to establish itself thus far this season.
A hallmark of the Childress era.
    Griffin isn't the problem.

I suspect that his style of play is being altered and that he is playing slow as a result.
We saw this a lot when Cottrell was the DC here.
I think Grffin is being forced to conform to the system.

If Frazier is smart, he'll start encouraging his hitters to hit and take the stick out of his kiester.
He's sticking to the same old same old, and it's KILLING us.
It almost makes me suspect that Childress is calling the Defensive plays too....

But I wouldn't call Griffin a bust just yet.

His play is not nearly as bad as you guys make it out to be, this is outrageous to try to put all the blame on one cb. If we continued to get pressure on the qb we wouldn't even being have this conversation.

    only one thing to say

Kitna was confident the lions would get 10 wins.
How did that work for them?

    I didn´t like the guy
since last season , he is so afraid to make a great mistake
that usually prefers commiting lil ones which at the end of the game cost us a ton of yards.

I know the guy at last has guts but wtf?? I also got guts
and I don´t play Corner for the Vikes, which is a real lame btw cause it could be hilarious...

The Vikes are getting chewed up with 10 to 20 yard pass plays, all the way down the field, because the DB's are back pedaling keeping everything in front of them, and allowing the receiver to catch the ball, eventually resulting in a TD.
I wish the coachs/DB's would be confident enough to take a risk and go after the ball rather than making the tackle.
Might as well give up a big play or make a big play, rather than see the other team grind it out.

Yes, I know this is a Cover 2 D, but a cover 2 D needs a pass rush from the front 4, which so far hasn't happened to expectation.
Allen seems to only get pressure when there's a blitz.

The team is to hard up on stopping the run. thats why are safetys are always out of position and are corners are always play catch up. they want to run up to stop the run... a lil play action and they are beat. all of them. play your position sharper. he is always a second late to every pass. they say he ran a 4.40 40 this off season... i havent seen it yet.
