Kare11.com reports Minnesota Vikings CB Cedric Griffin does not see much difference going from a national championship team at Texas to the NFL. Giffin said, "At Texas we played against a whole bunch of elite athletes and in the NFL, all the great athletes come together so right now the game speed is all the same."

Yea, pretty cocky. I guarantee you young Cedric the game will be much faster than it was at UT.

"I always mess with him every time I see him I say it's a shame that nobody touched Vince Young the whole game and it's true, nobody did. He said UT's the university, little stuff like that but I'm gonna hit him upside the head one day. It's coming," warned Kenechi.
I like Cedric. Right now the pace he is practicing at probably is similar to the pace he was used to at Texas. However, the speed is going to pick up a lot more as we get closer to real games.
Re: Cedric Griffin not seeing much difference with game speed
His comments make me a little nervous that he may be a little over confident. Hopefully it turns into a good thing.
Re: Cedric Griffin not seeing much difference with game speed
Could this mean that we have a slow offense?
