? on CB from OSU......
Does anyone know if cb Brandon Browner is any relation to former Viking Joey Browner? Just curious.
I see according to CBSSportsline, the Bears have cut David Terrell----I would bet they plan on taking Braylon Edwards. If I heard correctly on ESPN radio, Edwards wants to be a Bear.

As of now somewhere in the high teens to mid 20's of the first round. He should be available at 18 if the vikes wanted to go big fast CB/S.

Excerpt about Brandon Browner from CBS Sportsline...
"When Oregon State cornerback Brandon Browner walked into the interview room, he opened a lot of eyes. "He's a corner?" a writer asked. The question was prompted by his size. Browner measured out at 6-feet-3¾ and weighed 221 pounds. Browner then said he was the best corner in the draft. "The other guys don't have what I have," he said. They certainly don't have the size. But the key for Browner will be his 40 time. He said he has run under 4.5 in the past. If he does that, he's going to vault high into the first round. One thing that he will have to adjust in the NFL is his physical play. He mugged receivers in the Pac-10. Browner said that can be fixed with some technique work. We love this kid as a player. So will the team that gets him."
I'm liking this kid. I believe he would be a great pick up at #18. #7 should be Edwards, Williamson, or Williams at WR. Let's hope the Vikings are looking at Browner and all his potential. The Vikings need a physical CB like that who could push around the likes of T.O. or Moss, lol.Things you would NEVER hear a Green Bay Packer fan say:
1."No kids in the back of the pick-up, it s just not safe."
2."I ll take Shakespeare for 1000, Alex."
3."Duct tape won t fix that."
4."Checkmate."
5."Nope, no more for me. I m driving tonight."

He's a legit CB that hits like a safety.

That size is great for a corner that runs a 4.4...That's impressive.
I'm thinking with the 18 either him or Carlos Rogers.
