seriously, tice could be in trouble if mutainy starts early. If that happens it will be a long season.
I think Red has probably made his mind up already. Even if we would win the superbowl or make the playoffs.
Heck he probably wouldn't let Tice sell used cars.
Why would you let him run your football team?
I still want to know who wrote the article.

Cautionary note:
The season is still early and Tice is really starting only his third year (I don't count that one game in B'more, even though I was there). Not many HCs, regardless of what team they inherited can turn it around in that short of a time. I know that someone will post some exceptions, but factoring in key injuries, uncalled for mistakes and other intangibles, any coach could find himself in the same place as Tice. Unless the Vikings totally collapse this year due to Tice making bad coaching decisions, he should not be fired. That doesn't mean Red won't fire him, but if anything Red should fire himself.
