Carl Eller, arrested for DUI and Assault

My father in law's dad confinscated this guy's motorcycle about 20 years ago because it was STOLEN!Carl Eller is not the guy we thought he was.

Hope he gets help though, God bless.

Sucks for the police officers involved too.
