A.J. Hawk, Adrian Peterson should not be there

They either don't deserve to be in the Hall, or they need many more years of high production to get there.

Where is Marshall Faulk, Cris Carter etc.?
Do they only count active players?

I found it odd that John Lynch would make the list over Darren Sharper.
Lynch has a rep as a hitter, but has 23 fewer picks (26 vs 49) than Sharper, Sharper has 7 career TDs to none for Lynch, fewer passes defensed than Sharper as well.
He does have a lot more tackles than Sharper, but that is more from being a SS than a FS like Sharper.

Um...where's Matt Birk on this list?
