You can listen to KFAN online, except during the games.

Funky NFL rules about streaming broadcasts.

Can I listen to the radio play by play on the internet?

    http://www.sportsbroadcastpages.com/

On left-hand sideuse the navigation menu. Select the following:
    FOOTBALL> NFL > NFC > PHILADELPHIA

there are 4 stations to choose from, and one or two may have a live game broadcast. However, the NFL has clamped down on free broadcasting, for instance, if you buy the NFL Fieldpass subscription, you will get to listen to KFAN through the NFL pay-to-play deal. But no Minnesota stations broadcast outside of the NFL's greedy system, which is why you have to hope to get lucky with opposing teams' broadcasts. The only ones I've found so far this season were for the Houston and Dallas games. And of course, if you succeed, you are going to be hearing Eagles Radio... It's total crap, why do people have to pay the NFL for radio streams when they can watch NFL games on TV for free? It's not like radio doesn't have advertising revenue just like TV. It's a money-grab by the league, which seems less interested in attracting and keeping fans, and I refuse to be dragged into buying the "used to be free" programming that is dressed up under the Fieldpass as some kind of great beneficial offer. These vampires don't seem to understand that new fans will be willing to shell out money for memorabilia, tickets, and clothing if they can be convinced that getting into the sport will be worth their time. Hopefully enough people refuse to get Fieldpass that the league decides to drop the program in order to maintain interest.

That website is excellent. It's just a matter of cycling through both the Vikings' and this case the Eagles' radio links until you find a live broadcast. I can't guarantee you'll find one for Sunday but I've been able to listen to all the Vikes games this year that haven't been shown over here.
