Exactly, something is telling me that Reggie Fowler isnt finiancially secure enough for the NFL to give him a shot at the team. Plus, he has 3 business partners! I dont know much about the policies behind all that with business partners, but I am pretty confident that they are not going to grant him to exceptions (one, not financially secure, two, a lot of partners). I am sure the NFL doesnt look down on having business partners when you are trying to buy a team.....if the primary owner has a decent sized checking account.

Maybe you fans should revolt and have a stock based ownership like in Green Bay. It'll keep your team from moving...
