Re: C4 Expectations?
I have heard alot from sportswriters saying that he is a young Moe Williams, and I for one consider that quite a complment.
If winning isn,t everything, why keep score?

Re: C4 Expectations?
The great thing about the C4 pick is that he doesn't have to contribute this year. If he can learn from the guys in front of him this year then hopefully he can develop into an every down back and begin playing within a couple years after which the Vikes would have to make a choice with him and Moore in my opinion.

Re: C4 Expectations?
C4 can block, excellent blitz pick-ups. Deceptive speed and can power run. He was number 4 on the Gators, hence C4.
BTW, givemossthetoss - the picture you have in your sig is Ran Carthon, not Ciatrick...

Re: C4 Expectations?
Fason was a team leader his Junior year. About halfway through his Sophomore year, he almost quit UF. Zook told him he could quit if he could kick Zook's butt. Right after that, Fason emerged as the go to back, and last year led the SEC in rushing and was the leading receiver among RB's. Fason will be a good back. I was hoping he would go to Chicago or Houston or Jax. Hate to see him in the NFC North against my Bears. You guys got a good man in Fason.

If this is all true then we should rotate MM (work on blocking this off-season) and C4, then our running game would kill.C4 can block, excellent blitz pick-ups. Deceptive speed and can power run. He was number 4 on the Gators, hence C4.

Re: C4 Expectations?
I really don't see him being too involved next year. Unfortunately, we have a lot of good backs, and after what MM did in a few games last year, it's obviously going to take a LOT to get anybody but Tice's favorite MB.... with SOD pulling that SOB stunt....

Re: C4 Expectations?
I'd be surprised if Bennett and Smith will be back...one of em is gonna go in a trade....probably Smith. He would be a good running back for the Raiders....who we could get for him is tricky....what more do the Vikes need???? Maybe a kicker, and a pick? Who knows, but my guess is that Smith (retardedness) or Bennett (injury prone) will be gone.
