This debate will go on for a very long time. It might die down a little next season, but it will still be going on.

Actually, in all honesty this wasnt meant to be a Moss thread, I just keep reading a crapload of people posting that Culpepper was great without Moss when he missed half of last season blah blah blah blah, and he only missed a couple of games, etc.
I am just tired of people posting all sorts of shiznit on that subject and others without doing any homework. That is the real point, and the easiest way to show it was with these stats because it is a topic noone ever uses stats with.
On one side you have the guys who blow Moss and want to cheer against the Vikes because they traded him and on the other side you have people who are blind to the fact C-Pep is struggling and they use all sorts of BS to defend him.

How can you sit there and tell everyone that this wasn't meant to be a Moss thread when the title clearly states "C-Pep without Moss"

You're a hipocrit, liar, and ignorant. -'nuff said.

Yeah, the title kind of sucks, but I wasn't posting to have an argument of any sort I was posting because everyone makes up BS when arguing about this and other stats and it is quite simple to get the numbers.
By the way, before calling people out and calling them "ignorant" you should learn how to spell hypocrite. Ignorant's definition is lacking education or knowledge and that shows when one is unable to spell simple words.

Also look at the passing defense ranks:
    26. Tennessee AVG 237.9ypg | DC 183yds 1TD
    8. NY Giants AVG 189.4ypg | DC 231yds 1TD 2Ints
    28. Indianapolis AVG 243.3ypg | DC169yds 1TD
    25. Green Bay AVG 228ypg | DC 363yds 4TDs
    20. Detroit AVG 219.6ypg | DC 233yds 2tds 1int

Above avg in 3 of 5 games even against bad passing defenses.

    With Moss:
    21. Dallas 220.1ypg | DC 242yds 5TDs
    12. Philadelphia 201ypg | DC 343yds 1TD 1Int
    15. Chicago 209ypg | DC 360yds 2TDs
    24. Houston 226ypg | DC 396yds 5TDs
    27. New Orleans 243ypg | DC 425yds 5TDs 2Ints
    20. Jacksonville 204ypg | DC 235yds 1TD 1Int
    15. Chicago 209ypg | DC 279yds 2TDs 3Int
    8. Seattle 252ypg | DC 270yds 1TD
    20. Detroit AVG 219.6ypg | DC 404yds 3Tds 1Int
    25. Green Bay AVG 228ypg | DC 285yds 3Tds
    20. Washington 204ypg | DC 299yds 2Tds

Above avg passing yards in every game against some good and some bad passing defenses.

    These include this year:

Attempts per game with Moss: 31.83
Attempts per game without Moss: 33.22

Yards per game with Moss: 294.83
Completions per game without Moss: 244.22
By the way, very well done and thanks for actually posting some numbers instead of just spouting off, which is the point here. Also, I am not posting this to defend the trade or defend Culpepper in any way. I just wanted the numbers out there because I have seen 12 different posts in two days where people flat out lied or just made stuff up or did not do any research and it is getting kind of annoying ...
When I signed into this site about seven months ago there were less than half the members, but at least most everything posted was backed up with something ... now everyone just seems to make crap up
