Vikings | Burleson all banged up

The Star Tribune reports Minnesota Vikings WR Nate Burleson (hip, knee, shoulder) is now being bothered by hip, knee and shoulder injuries. The upper body issues - shoulder and stinger - are believed to be the Vikings' biggest concerns right now. As noted earlier, Burleson was added to the injury report as probable. "Nate is not Nate right now," head coach Mike Tice said. "I need to get him back to being the guy that he is with all that great energy and playmaking ability."

Re: Burleson still all banged up
But if Nate isn't Nate right now, then who is he?
The only logical conclusion is that, not only is Nate injured, he was replaced by a less talented government-made clone who happens to be injured as well. This makes sense somehow, despite the fact that it would serve no purpose whatsoever. But anyone who doesn't believe my theory is wrong. WRONG, I tell you!!!

It's possible that Tice is just screwing with Packers too! Not saying that Nate isn't hurt, he probably is, he's a football player, but he might not be as hurt as Tice is leading everyone to think.
I used to be indecisive, now I m not so sure!

I wonder if coaches have ever done that with a superstar player. Like say Randy Moss was banged up a little bit and they make it sound worse then it is. When Moss is out on the field for the first couple series he goes slow and acts like he is really hurt. Then out of no where he goes back to normal and burns em deep. That wouldn't be that bad of and idea.
