I would rather have TJ take snaps, but that is not realistic apparently.

Yes, I thought the same thing when I saw the trade.
Mosely to me had more potential.

If prophet is right, we do need a back up QB more than we need a back up lineman.
But, I thought Mosely had potential to be in there more often.
Phat Pat won't play forever.

dont forget we still have darrion scott who started some games last year and spencer johnson who played well last year and this preaseason

I am even from ND, and I think Bollinger is a horrible QB. But thats not what has me so upset.

CJ Mosely played in a couple games last year in place of Kevin and HE TORE IT UP!

He seemed to be in every play and always gave it 110% in his rookie season!

I mean yeah we need a backup QB (kind of, anyways) but come on.....

We don't even have much depth at DT if Pat or Kevin go down.

I guess I don't see why we traded a guy with tons of potential for a guy who we have all seen do nothing.

Baumy you are a little slow with this as it was discussed a length in 9 thread pages already.

I really liked CJ but it was no secret that he was not making the team and that he was going to be cut, and that came out around the 2nd preseason game and it was no surprise.

So it was not a matter that we traded somebody that was going to be on the team (because he wasn't going to be) they traded him for something instead of just cutting him. You may think I am full of sh*t, but do some checking in articles and reports from camp and it is pretty clear he was not going to be out Kolodjski (?) and he was not making the team.
