Bring Back Cris Carter For the Playoff Run!

    re: Cajunvike:
Thank you sir!!! Start the Bring Back Cris Carter Campaign NOW!!!

As per your request Cajun! :salute:

Can you imagine this scenario? We all know he can still play for another year. Defenses would HAVE to cover him and Moss would benefit big time.
His leadership, his hands, & enthusiasm would be most welcome too.

And while we're at it, perhaps Chris Doleman or John Randle might like a final year in purple!

I think what we have is great chemistry on this team. C.C. is way past his prime, I loved him when he was here, but got a terrible taste in my mouth when he wanted to go else where because the Vikes were in rebuild mode. All for his own sake of wanting a ring. I don't blame him for trying that avenue, but I would have respected him more had he stayed with us. Along with his past here, he did become a cancer with his sideline rants, remember his look of diselusion all the time on the sidelines? I do. No thank you to CC comeback. Nate and Marcus are well equipped to get us where we thriving for.

A healthy M. Robinson with Moss and Nate is
pretty scary for other secondarys with the
speed of Kelly and Moore good hands out
of the backfield we do got it goin on
Green Bay police station toilet stolen.

Cops say they have nothing to go on.

Carter is humbled at this point though and I don't think he'd bring any negative 'tude with him. He'd be content to be the #2 or #3 guy and possession receiver type this year. I still think he would bring a lot to the team despite the fact that he is past his prime. Can anyone say red zone % going way up! Because you know, all he does is catch touchdowns.

I think he should stay retired, and not let his great career be marred by comebacks, ala Jordan! But, he was the best!!!

    Cris Carter Comeback

Hi everyone. I know this probably isn't the right place to do this but this is my first post since joining two days ago. I'm 16 years old, living in Tucson, Az and I am happy to be in the company of fellow Viking fans. I think that if the Vikes get deep enough into the playoffs, they should sign Carter like Deion Sanders wanted to do a few years back. That way he can have one more shot a a ring (which we all know he deserves) and he won't have much time to hurt the team.

Welcome to the site, you're safe with us.

I do not know about bringing Cris back (and there isn't a bigger fan than me). Getting a ring that way would be cheap! Something the Pack would do. Cris is a classy guy. He knew he had his shot, and he'll join the HoF here in a few. Mabye bring him back as a coach or such!

you know i actually never thought of it like that. I guess that would be kind of a packer type move.
